Pixar Cars Wiki talk:Rules
In my opinion, I think the rules page should have the "f" and "n" words censored (with asterisks), as I would worry about if young viewers see the rules page and the two words being uncensored. Also, I think that it may need a note about the "bug***" word, because it is sometimes said as profanity, but I remember it being said a few times in the Cars franchise, being said by Lizzie in the first film when she tells McQueen that Stanley "was a persistent little bug*** for a two-cylinder," and McQueen saying to Sheriff in the cutscene of Sheriff's Chase in Cars: The Video Game that he "hates those little bug***s [mosquitos] too." It's like that it depends on the context, because it is surprisingly said in a few other kids' media. --Lightening McQueen (talk) 23:55, March 16, 2015 (UTC)
- It makes more sense to leave them uncensored on the rules page, just so people know what words they are, in case they are confused. And bugger isn't a swear word. I've never heard it said like that. RodRedlineM1 (talk) 21:48, March 17, 2015 (UTC)
