Alexander Hugo, also known as Chop Shop Alex, Alexander the "Not So" Great, and Alex Hu "Don't" Go, is one of Victor Hugo's personal guards.
History
Cars 2
In Cars 2, Alexander is first seen talking to Ivan outside of Casino di Porto Corsa, as several black Gremlins and other lemons enter the building. When Holley Shiftwell drives up to distract Ivan, she tries to act sweet, which causes Alexander to respond eagerly, before Ivan interjects. As she leads Ivan away, she tazes him, and Mater returns to Alexander and the others while disguised as Ivan.
When Alexander and the other black Hugos enter the building, he strikes up a conversation with Mater, who then uses his technology to scan Alexander. The scan brings up information about his criminal records, and Mater begins to read them aloud. Alarmed, Alexander tells him to quiet down, or else he will bring attention to him.
After Miles Axlerod's message to all of the lemons, Alexander is celebrating with the others as they watch the World Grand Prix competitors being hit with the electromagnetic pulse camera. Once Mater's identity is revealed, Alexander and the others try to capture him, but he gets away using his gear.
Bio
- Alexander Hugo is not who you think he is. He is also known as Chop Shop Alex and Alexander the Not-So-Great, among other names. He's got a rap sheet a mile long and connections to the Hugo organized crime family. He's currently wanted in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Serbia so check his rap sheet before you go anywhere with him.
Physical description
Alexander is a 1983 Volgar Hugo NG-1. Which is modeled after a Yugo, and has a license plate that reads PA TRON 93, identical to Victor Hugo's license plate. He is painted entirely black, and has chrome rims and black mirrors.

Trivia
- Alexander Hugo has not been released in his "main" appearance in the 1:55 Scale Diecast line, as his only release features a party hat.
- When Mater scans him, it is shown that Alexander is wanted in Serbia. Alexander Hugo's and all the other Hugo's in film basis, Zastava Yugo, was manufactured there.
