Profiles and statistics
- Bio
- "Originally fom the Midwest, Fonzarelli used racing to escape the mean runways of east Youngstown. Fonzarelli started out as a delivery plane for the local olive- and mineral-oil businesses; but at night, he would compete in illegal radio tower races. It was there that Fonzarelli learned about an open WATG-approved race in nearby Cleveland. He flew away from his past in Youngstown and never looked back."[1]
