Timmy is a Lightning McQueen fan. He and the other cars in the "Winners Circle Camp" race around pretending to be Lightning McQueen. He was very excited when Mr. and Mrs. The King let him meet Lightning McQueen and Bob Cutlass.

Livery
It is bright yellow with silver hubcaps and Mini logo on the hood. His eyes are black.
