I love Doc when cars first came out , I thought he looked grand and I admired his words of wisdom. It was figures like him that helped my decide good from bad and I love how he knew so much about racing and that he was an older race car.
Racing
I love racing ,but I loved older race cars that were classics. Doc and the King were my top 2 favorite in the movie and I really hope I get to see more of Doc as they said they would in Cars 3. The Old Doc is still teaching us things even after he's been long gone, Doc may be gone ,but we still have in our hearts. #51 still got a few things to teach us.
Post-Movie
After watching Cars 3, I was really impressed with Doc even more than I thought I did. Not only was he legendary ,but he still taught McQueen lessons and Cruz long after he was gone.During the movie, we met Doc's fellow racing pals from his day as the fabulous Hudson Hornet. Smokey,Junior Moon,Louise Nash and River Scott were my top favorite Piston Cup racers so far besides Bobby Swift and Ryan Laney. All four legendary racers all stood for something and I wish that I could have seen them with Doc before his crash.

Dirt Track Racing
I was a former Racer and not only that ,but when the piston Cup was in it's early stages. I may not be the fastest on the track anymore ,but that does not mean I can't race anymore. I can still teach others how to turn on dirt and you will see how my early day around the track was and you meet my friends Smokey, River Scott , Louise Nash and Junior Moon.
Legacy
I'm proud to say that in Cars 3 Cruz Ramirez will take my number #51 as her racing number for Dinico and I hope Lighting and Smokey will teach her right.
