Rowdy Revvin' Busch is the Next-Generation racer for Hostile Takeover Bank. He competes with the number 18 instead of 86 like the previous HtB racer, Chick Hicks. Despite him looking mean, it is unknown what his exact personality is.

- He is the only Next-Gen racer to not have their signature rims.
- He is named after Kyle Busch, a stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, and is well known for formerly driving the No. 18 Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing.
- "Rowdy" is a nickname for Kyle Busch.
- Ironically, the year that the die-cast released, 2022, was also the last year Kyle drove the No. 18 in the Cup Series.
- It is never revealed if he'll appear in movies.
