Cars 2: The Video Game (DS)

The DS version of Cars 2: The Video Game is more accurate to the movie compared to the other versions of the game. However, there are still some differences from the movie:
- Miguel Camino, Jeff Gorvette, Rip Clutchgoneski and Lewis Hamilton are completely absent from the game, even though the four of them are World Grand Prix racers.
- There were no races in the World Grand Prix at France or Germany in the movie.
- The London race wasn't interrupted or suspended at all in the game.
- Mater met Finn at the Airport instead of meeting him in the streets of Tokyo like in the movie.
- Lightning McQueen does not race against Francesco Bernoulli or any other racer in their respective country before the actual World Grand Prix race in the movie.

- Grem and Acer are the only playable characters in the game that don't have themes.
- Mater can be seen running away from Acer and Grem on the last turn of the France 1 track.
- Nigel Gearsley and Finn McMissile have the same theme name "Union Jack".
- The first 95 people that bought this game in Japan received a free Mack truck, that included Lightning McQueen and Luigi, as a prize.
