Bruce Miller was a stock race car that lived in the United States. He was a racing driver who, around late 2010s, competed in the Piston Cup Racing Series for RPM team with number 64. In 2016 he placed 11th at the Grandol Oil Co. Raceway. In midseason, with rise of popularity of high-tech next-generation series or race car, that had better achievements on the tracks, Bruce Miller stopped competing in Piston Cup and got replaced with Barry DePedal.
Physical description
Miller was an Axxelo Fission EA stock race car with Lightyear racing tyres. He had yellow livery with an orange cabin and back bumper, and a blue hood, spoiler and stripes going diagonally from his back. On his hood, backsides and boot, he had the RPM logo, and on his roof and sides, he has the number 64 painted white with black borders. Above his front windows and on his front fenders, he had the black Lightyear logo. He has stickers imitating lamps, seven stickers of sponsors behind the wheels, and orange grey caps.

- Racing number 64 was also used by: Barry DePedal, Winford Bradford Rutherford, Riley, Dusty Roadmeister and Zeb.
- Though he has grey eyes in Cars 3, his official artwork presents him with brown eyes.
- The Mattel's 2019 die-cast mainline, mistakenly labeled Winford Bradford Rutherford, a RPM race car from Cars film, as Bruce Miller.
