Mrs. Piston is a closed building in Radiator Springs. It was a popular attraction until it went out of business in the 1960s. It is unknown who owned it. It reveals that it opened in Cars: Fast as Lightning. When a car wishes to go there in the game, they often say that their pistons have a problem, so this was a piston repair store.
