Andre is Raoul ÇaRoule's transporter, and works for the GRC racing team, presumably under employment of Bruno Motoreau. He is a blue 2007 Porteur Chauffeur VH that is painted in the colors of the French flag, red white and blue. On the rear of his sides, he has blue, red and white stripes, containing the letters "GRC". He has a red "cap".
Although Andre has a release in the 1:55 Scale Die-Cast Stunt Racers sub-line, he has not made any appearances in any Cars media as of yet.
