Cloud City was a city located on the gas planet Bespin in the Star Wars series. The city was a mining colony for TIbanna gas, and featured multiple carbon-freezing chambers to help preserve the gas. Cloud City was run by Lando Calrissian, its Baron Administrator, who won it through gambling. Hoping to seek refuge from the Empire in Cloud City, Han Solo, an old friend of Calrissian's, arrived with his friends. Solo was betrayed by Calrissian, and frozen in carbonite in one of the city's chambers by order of Darth Vader, who had, in Lando's words, "gotten there first." Solo was taken off of the planet by bounty hunter Boba Fett.
In the Cars and Star Wars crossover toyline, a 3-pack was based on the Cloud City segment of Star Wars Episode Five: The Empire Strikes Back. An image of the city can be seen in the background of the box.
