History
Jambalaya Chimichanga was a demolition derby race car. In late 2010s, she competed in Crazy Eight race competitions organised in Thunder Hollow, United States with number 27. In 2016, she took part in the race which induced appearance of Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez. During that race got hit by Dr. Damage, flipping into the air, and getting eliminated. Later on she went to the bar with other Crazy Eight racers to watch Florida 500 race and cheer for competing McQueen and Ramirez.
