Alfredo is a character that appears in Cars 2. He is one of the ambulances for the World Grand Prix, and rushes to any racers that are damaged or in any other type of trouble. He is an Iveco that is painted white, with red stripes on his sides. He has the word "Ambulance" printed backwards in Italian ("Ambulanza") on the front of his hood, so that other cars can see it in their mirrors.

History

Cars 2

In Cars 2, Lightning McQueen and Francesco Bernoulli arrive at the finish line of the Porto Corsa race, only to see Alfredo and four other ambulances rushing past them. They soon realize that there was a huge wreck on the bridge, consisting of all the other racers, caused by Grem and Acer hitting some of them with the electromagnetic pulse.
