Plot
Luigi has very many old tires he don't need, but it's a pity to throw them out. Mater build of them a copy of Eiffel Tower, but it collapsed when group of RVs passed by. Lightning advice to make from them a protective barrier for the training track, but Doc said it will be unsafe. They think Sally need tires for her motel, but she can't do it. Luigi thinks that he need to throw out it, but on next day Red make flowerpots from them, and Luigi has lots of place in his Casa Della Tires.
