Jerome Ranft
Jerome Ranft is a character sculptor for Pixar. He is the brother of deceased story artist Joe Ranft. Jerome performed the voice of Red in Cars Toons: Tales from Radiator Springs. He also voiced Jacques the shrimp in Finding Dory.
Since March 2013, Ranft has been the voice of Red in the show after his brother Joe Ranft's death.
