Bio
Tommy Joe is Mater's Cousin, who racers in the Rustbucket Racing Series. Mater greets him to Lightning McQueen. Then, Tommy Joe hit Lightning, and Mater said that that was how he says hello. One time he told Mater that he and the rest of the cousins were sitting for the last hour to watch Emma. Then they piled up on Tommy Joe along with the other cousins so that Emma wouldn't see Tommy Joe.
