Big Al
Template:Infobox character without vehicle information Big Al is a former resident of Radiator Springs. He left the town around 1991. Others viewed him as tough, with Lizzie saying he was the strongest resident in Radiator Springs while he was there.
History
In 2006, when Lightning McQueen was sentenced to fix Radiator Springs Main Street in an act of community service, Lizzie interjected, claiming Big Al would be the only one capable of completing the task. Ramone informed her that Big Al left the town around fifteen years before, around 1991, and Lizzie, forgetting what she was talking about, asked him why Big Al was brought up.
Appearances in the video games
Big Al receives a brief mention in the PSP version of Cars: The Video Game. When Lizzie is selected on the character select screen, she may say, "Who is that? Big Al? Is that you?"
Appearances in the comics
Big Al appear in the first volume of Radiator Springs comic, in which he appears in during a flashback sequence to when he was still around. He is depicted as rather large and resembling a Volkswagen Transporter T2, with a purple livery and chrome hubcaps, mirrors and front bumper.
