Smokey is a character in the upcoming movie Cars 3. He was Doc Hudson's old mechanic. He is assumed to be based off of Smokey Yunick, because his tailgate says "Best Darn Garage in Town" and Smokey Yunick's was "Best D*** Garage in Town".
