EMP camera was first seen on the oil rig it was Professor Z weapon and it was also first tested on Rod "Torque" Redline. It made the car flame out (since they were using Allinol) which made race fans think allinol is bad for you a will go back to the lemons.It is unknown what happen to the camera after it was used to kill Lightning McQueen.
