Free Food?! is the 2nd Party Field Mission in Cars 2: The Video Game (DS & 3DS). It takes place at the WGP Party in Tokyo.
Objectives
- Look for available goodies.
- Collect 20 food and drinks.
- Find the “pistachio ice cream”.
Summary
In this mission, you play as Mater and your goal is to collect 20 food and drinks scattered around the party. These come in the form of sushi trays and cans of Allinol. You must also keep an eye on your gas meter, which is located on the left of the bottom screen, and make sure it doesn’t run out or you will fail the mission. The gas meter can be refilled if you pick up a food tray or drink. Once you collect 20 food and drinks, you then need to find the “pistachio ice cream” which only appears once those 20 meals have been collected. The “ice cream” is located by the elevator in the room opposite of where you met Holly in the last mission. Once you drive to the location, the mission is completed.
Awards
Completing this mission in Story Mode will unlock it in C.H.R.O.M.E. and will also allow you to move on to the next mission.
Completing this mission in C.H.R.O.M.E will give you Mater’s Tacos Theme.
