Randy Lawson was a race car that lived in the Gastonia, North Carolina, United States. He was a professional race driver, who, in the 1950s, competed in the Piston Cup Racing Series with the number 42, where he was sponsored by Sputter Stop and Genuine Never Tire with additional side sponsoring by Catmull Oil and Re-Volting. In 1954, he competed in the race at the Fireball Beach Course, during which the Hudson Hornet had experienced a career-ending crash.
