Rusty Wheels was canceled movie with George Kloonkey in main role. It was mentioned in one of comics from The Official Magazine, no. 12, where Tow Mater was saing that he was Kloonkey's stuntman. Movie was about stock cars race and main antagonist Turbo Jack demonstrated his bad tricks on the track. But George finally decided to leave from the movie because he said that Mater was too good and he stole the show and the movie was cancelled.
