Phil Tankson was a stock race car that lived in the United States. He was a racing driver who, around late 2010s, competed in the Piston Cup Racing Series for Nitroade team with number 28. In 2016, in midseason, with rise of popularity of high-tech next-generation series or race car, that had better achievements on the race tracks, Roadtesta stopped competing in Piston Cup and got replaced with Tim Treadless.

- Racing number 28 was also used by: Aiken Axler and Tim Treadless.
- In Cars 3 he has gray eyes but on his official artwork and concept art, his eyes are brown.
- Phil's diecast doesn't have his number under his headlight.
