The Die-Cast Series

Disney Pixar Cars: The Die-cast Series is a series of online videos uploaded onto Pixar's official YouTube channel. They are based on the Cars Daredevil Garage app. The series started on July 16, 2016.

Synopsis

Each video shows animated versions of 1:55 scale die-casts racing through a specific room in a house or someplace in a backyard. Throughout the race, the cars would end up in a sticky situation, such as falling into a trap or getting stuck. However, one or two of them are able to avoid them and win the race.

Not all episodes focus on a race, though. Some episodes focus on the cars playing a different sport, such as soccer or billiard. Sometimes, the cars are just going for a drive.
