Scorchy the Deer

Scorchy the Deere is a deer tractor-shaped wooden cutout sign seen outside the Grand Fusel Lodge in Planes: Fire & Rescue that warns tourists about the fires that ravage Piston Peak National Park and how bad they might be. He is a parody of Smokey the Bear, an anthropomorphic bear mascot used to promote the prevention of forest fires, but is a deer tractor instead of a bear, as bears (or at least, car-ified bears) do not exist in the Cars world.
