The WGP Camera was a racing camera seen in Cars
2, specifically modified to blow an engine or gas tank on usage of the fuel, Allinol.

The EMP camera was first seen on the oil rig, being shown to Professor Z. It was also first tested on Rod "Torque" Redline, and set him on fire, after being given Allinol.
