Petey Pacer is a character in Cars 2.

Cars 2

Petey Pacer was first seen on the Oil Rig, welding a torch among several other lemons. He`s later seen at the first World Grand Prix race in Tokyo, when he and Acer went to find Mater. Petey was sprayed with a fire extinguisher by Finn McMissile, who turned around the corner, but crashed into a security officer. Petey was later arrested by the officer.
