Celine Dephare, also known as Chevron or French Headlights Vendor is a character Cars 2.

She is a character in Cars 2. She is a French Headlight Vendor and has eyes in her headlights. She appears in Paris at the Marché Aux Pièces, trying to sell Mater eye headlights, but instead scares him off.
Trivia
- Her license plate, revealed in her Mattel diecast release, is CUR 10 SIT3. "Curiosité" is the French word for "curiosity," an apt description of Celine.
- The character is a reference to John Lasseter feeling it was more appealing for cars' eyes to be on their windshields instead of in their headlights, the typically preferred location for anthropomorphized vehicles.
