Chevron, also know as French Headlights Vendor, is a character Cars 2.

Chevron is a character in Cars 2. She is a French Headlight Vendor and has eyes in her headlights. She appears in Paris at the Marché Aux Pièces, trying to sell Mater eye headlights, but instead scares him off.
