Smokin’ Sammy Smelter is a character the Comic books.
Bio
Smokin’ Sammy Smelter was the original racer for the Rust-eze team. He later had a big accident and then retired after that Lightning McQueen later replaced him. He later came to join the Radiator Springs race and to meet the new face for Rust-eze.
