Bio
Miss Victoria is the manger and teacher of the Motorama Girls. The girls can be a bit of a hand full sometimes. When they arrived at Radiator Springs, she had already blown out her transmission just trying to keep the girls in line. She was very upset when Flo deiced to leave but in the end respected her choice.
