Chief HTB is the owner of the Hostile Takeover Bank.Now Chick's crew chief, has been the number one guy to the second place race car for over ten years, through the good, the bad, and the ugly - and with Chick, there's a lot of ugly. He longs for the day Chick wins a Piston Cup so that he'll no longer be the second best crew chief.And that the team htB the number one team is on the circuit.
