Shirley Spinout is a character in Cars.
Cars
Shirley Spinout met Todd Marcus at the Motor School International University where professional training was done for racers, crew chiefs, pit crews, or anything on or off the track involving the race. Ever since she was in charge of changing Todd's tires in the pit-crew relay race exercises, she's been part of his team. Secretly, she has a big crush on Todd and is angry whenever Roman Dunes makes her do something that doesn't involve Todd.
