Jackson Storm is a character that is set to appear in Cars 3. He is a rookie in the Piston Cup Racing Series, and is one of the many new competitors that give Lightning McQueen difficulty in maintaining his relevance.
Once fans begin to question when McQueen will retire, he receives assistance from racing instructor Cruz Ramirez, who helps him to train to defeat Storm in the upcoming Florida 500 event.[1]
