Shifty Drug is a drug company. The owner is the father in-law of the Piston Cup racer Kevin Racingtire, bearer of the Shifty Drug sponsor, and Shifty Drug hauler which carries Kevin. The sponsor doesn't return in Cars 3, however, it does return in the 2021 Disney Pixar Cars die-cast line in the NASCAR series sponsoring new racer William Byrev.
