RodRedlineM1, I don't know if this would count as discussing about editing, but I'm confused by your text on the article saying that Mater pretended to be a waiter at the Wheel Well Motel, which I thought that it was not pretend, because Mater explained that he works at the motel, and asked McQueen and Sally if they thought he snuck in and pretended to be a waiter so that he could hang out with them. Not sure if this is part of discussing edits, but before you edited the page, I did not originally think Mater was jealous, and I'm not sure if he actually was, as I only notice him look sad and telling McQueen to have fun with Sally, and then appear as a waiter and explain that he works as one. (I know the rule of not putting opinions on talk pages, I'm just unsure if discussing my confusions counts as discussing edits.) --[[User:Lightening McQueen|Lightening McQueen]] ([[User talk:Lightening McQueen|talk]]) 22:34, July 23, 2015 (UTC)

: Well, "left out" is probably more fitting than "jealous", I guess. Besides that, I'm going to have to disagree with this: listen to the way Mater says "Well, what'd you think, I snuck in here when nobody was looking, and pretended to be your waiter just so I could hang out with ya?". The way he says it tells you that he ''did'' do that, and that's where the humor of the scene comes from. Mater pretending to be a waiter?

(I know the rule of not putting opinions on talk pages, I'm just unsure if discussing my confusions counts as discussing edits.) --Lightening McQueen (talk) 22:34, July 23, 2015 (UTC)

Well, "left out" is probably more fitting than "jealous", I guess. Besides that, I'm going to have to disagree with this: listen to the way Mater says "Well, what'd you think, I snuck in here when nobody was looking, and pretended to be your waiter just so I could hang out with ya?". The way he says it tells you that he did do that, and that's where the humor of the scene comes from. RodRedlineM1 (talk) 00:54, July 24, 2015 (UTC)
