Germany is the second last deleted scene from Cars 2.
There was originally going to be a race that would be held in Germany's Black Forest. The race would've completely taken place on a dirt road, giving some Cars an advantage and others a handicap. It was cut to save time.
Plot
Before the race McQueen asks his team where Mater is. Luigi responds that Mater felt bad about what happened in Paris, so he decided to go home.
