The Tokyo National Art Center (国立新美術館) is a big, modern art museum in Tokyo. In Cars 2, the museum hosts the WGP Tokyo Welcome Party, where Axlerod interviews McQueen, agent Rod Redline got captured in the bathrooms by Grem and Acer and Mater meets with Holley Shiftwell.
