Francesca was a city car that lived in [[Carsoli]], [[Italy]]. She was a friend of [[Franca]]. In 2011 she attended the party organised on [[Plazza Maserati]] after [[Luigi]] and [[Guido]] came back to town with [[Lightning McQueen]]'s racing team during which she was dancing with Guido.
