RTV (Racing Television) is a TV channel. It is seen in Cars, when Skip Ricter announces Lightning McQueen as missing. Although Kori Turbowitz's cameraman's camera originally had the CRSN logo, it currently has an RTV logo on it. It is also seen in the book Taken By Storm on the side of a reporter.
