"Mater: Hero of the Day" is a comic from issue 14 of Cars Magazine.
Synopsis
During the race in the Radiator Springs Mater tries to find a spot to watch the race, but can't because crowded cars don't let him drive though, what makes him disappointed. Suddenly when racers came near the finish line, a child, Coriander Widetrack, appears at the truck. Nobody can't rescue her in time and when she is about to be hit by the race cars she is saved by Tow Mater who fetch her with his hook and line.
