As seen in the early trailers, buildings from Downtown Radiator Springs and boost cans can be seen

e able to make a track using the same actions of a normal racetrack that can be raced on, but this has been replaced by being able to make your own home. Strangely, buildings from Downtown Radiator Springs can be seen, such as Ramone's House Of Body Art. It seemed too complicated to create and the pit crew most likely gave up and made it so cars can create just their yards instead. Note that it was planned that cars would be able to create both their own yards and their own racetracks.
