A Day at the Races is a book based on the Radiator Springs International Cars story arc, available in a 2-in-1 format with the similar story Night Vision. The storyline closely mirrors that seen in the video game Cars: Mater-National Championship, where Lightning meets a new German race car named Otto.
Plot
Celebrating the opening of Lightning's new racing stadium, a new car in town challenges him to a race.
